For example, apparently we (here at Hurricane Labs) suck at single sign-on and having people that push our pentesters to the point of seeking revenge; our marketing person was busted for having passwords written down on a post-it note (one more strike and she’s fired); among a few other things. The point is, even security companies are never going to be 100% secure. The best you can do is build up your security barriers high enough that the criminals will seek an easier entry point elsewhere.
